Turn off the power, wait for 20 seconds, and turn it back on. Check the controller for any condensation that may be present between the overlay and the display. Inspect the cables that run to the controller. They may have come loose, or been damaged in some way (rodents like to gnaw wires).
Take one of the speakers out and connect it to something you know works to rule them out, take a known good speaker and connect it where the hot tub speakers are, pull the head unit, run a new piece of speaker wire between heat unit and hot tub speakers. Process of elimination, it's likely a simple set up. Jacuzzi problems. We have a Jacuzzi tub that has 4 Bluetooth speakers. Three of the four speakers went out after less than 2 years. We don't listen to loud blasting music, we listen to podcasts, so that shouldn't cause speaker problems. The speakers had a one-year warranty, so we are out of luck.
